We picked to work with her because she was very friendly, personable, and not pushy like some of the others. We trusted her and let her take the wheel with her strategy. Within 3 days of our open house, we had 12 offers over asking! She was always available to answer any of our questions or concerns and make us feel comfortable. Prior to using Sarah as our agent, we had a horrible experience buying our first home. We were of course hesitant to go through the process again, but from the beginning Sarah made us feel very comfortable. She is extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and not at all pushy like other agents that we have met. After our offer was accepted, Sarah helped us negotiate items in our purchase and sale agreement, sent us a sheet detailing our local utility companies, and explained in detail all the steps leading up to closing. Sarah went above and beyond for us in so many ways. She sent flowers to our home to congratulate us on our recent wedding, and surprised us at closing with a custom cutting board with our new home address on it, which we now have displayed in our kitchen. I am a newly single woman of a 'certain' age. All my life I've had male assistance in making large purchase such as a new home.
